Shooting Integrated
An optimal solution for every problem
Solutions for overcoming plateauing and performance and efficiency improvement.
" Treatment" of shooting/ handling technique deficiencies depending on shooting situation and platform/ weapon.
Approaches tailored to the equipment, platform and shooter - in cases of previous injury, physical or other limitations.
Integrated, interdisciplinary-based approach (biomechanics, anatomy, neurosciences, educational sciences, nutrition, physics/ballistics, chemistry, etc.).
Technical consultancy/evaluation on weapons, optics, related equipment.
Selection and outfitting - firearms or air guns according to application and shooter.
Selection (depending on objectives) and use of related equipment (e.g. holsters, belts, footwear, clothing, PPE).
Selection of optical/mechanical sights according to purpose (e.g. hunting, sport shooting, etc.) and shooter (e.g. astigmatism, farsightedness, nearsightedness, other physical or technical limitations).
Consultancy on the weapon's adjustment/fitting to the shooter and the application: sight, buttstock and/or grip adjustments, other adjustments - on a case-by-case basis.
Applied ballistics: projectile interaction with different media (e.g.: ricochet, fragmentation, penetration, deflection, etc.), selection of technical solutions in this field (e.g.: targets, materials used, optimized geometry - e.g.: bullet traps, other technical solutions applicable to this field, etc.).
Training/teaching activities (courses, seminars, practical training) for specialized modules (e.g. ballistics, marksmanship, firearms and ammunition technology, etc.).
Availability for other subject related work.
Training - all performance levels
Shooting clinic - shooting technique analysis and optimization
Technical consultancy and training (technique, weapons, ammunition, equipment)
1 to 1, personalized.
Groups (homogeneous and heterogeneous, regardless of level and shooting specifics).
Rifle/carbine (semi-auto, including bullpup, AK, and AR type platforms; repeating, e.g., bolt-action rifles), PCC, shotgun (semi-auto, pump, double-barrel), pistol, revolver, etc.
Shooting/handling techniques adapted to the situation (shooting discipline, firearm, distance, speed, minimum required accuracy, firing positions, additional equipment, movement, optics, etc.).
PPC/WA1500: specific shooting technique, performance improvement, etc.
IDPA, other dynamic disciplines: shooting techniques (including moving targets, shooting on the move, non-conventional positions, etc.), strategy/competitive approach, etc.
Practical shooting/ hunting: shooting technique improvement (accuracy and speed), specific positions and situations.
Compressed air - rifle and pistol.
Other dynamic or static shooting disciplines on request.
Specific training for exams, evaluations, competitions.
Remote training (1 session on the shooting range every 2/4/6 weeks + remote monitoring), all performance levels. Refined and proven method.
Nutrition and physical/technical/mental training optimization according to purpose and limitations - time, financial, various intolerances and/or preferences.
Competitive strategy and tactics, competition approach.
Why me
I analyze what is requested (expectations, hopes, goals), what is given (specific skills and limitations) and what is possible (access to resources, situation specifics, etc.) to generate a resource- and time-efficient solution.
I do not believe in one size fits all solutions. I check before I believe/implement an idea and am constantly looking to further refine the solutions offered.
I avoid information inbreeding and do not "recycle" approaches/solutions/techniques (even if they have been successful in other situations) before analyzing, based on experience and interdisciplinary analysis, whether they are viable in the given situation.
I believe that a clear "WHY" ( the root cause and explanation of the problem/phenomenon) soundly and rigorously grounded in the relevant fields (biomechanics, anatomy, neuroscience, education sciences, nutrition, physics/ballistics, chemistry, etc.) is a vital prerequisite for a quality "WHAT" (solution).
I put myself in recipient's shoes and try to truly understand his/her needs and point of view. In this way, the solution offered is appropriate for him/her in his/her situation. Basically, I generate tailor-made solutions.
I believe that a consultancy/ training/ learning activity should have a clearly defined objective and methods to evaluate progress based on objective/ measurable evidence ("on numbers/ percentages"), not subjective ("on feelings/ recollections/ opinions/").
In the absence of these, it is at best a waste of time and resources. At worst, it is (self)sabotage.
Shooting is, after all, a profoundly objective activity (hit or miss the target, achieve a certain score or not).
I transparently and consistently apply objective tools to measure the profitability/ effectiveness of solutions (e.g. through the before and after method) and modulate the approach in real time where necessary. So progress can be assessed honestly and objectively (based on numbers/ percentages/ ...).
I pride myself with the fact that everyone I have worked with can clearly state/quantify what they have gained.
